We had a real good stay in Berastagi near to the night markets, the centre of town and Parapat by public bus. Its location was marvellous and incredible, 15 minutes' drive to Gundaling Hill. Also, it was based close to the mosque.

My stay at Kaesa Homestay was an incredible value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I've had in ages. The location was convenient and the staff, especially Mr. Kaesa and his family, were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel like part of their family.
The morning meal could have been better if there were more options to choose from.

Had an amazing Christmas stay! The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The owner and his son were friendly, patient, and gave great assistance with attractions nearby and transportation. They even offered a fantastic deal for a sunrise hike to Mount Sibayak, which was definitely worth it. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the nasi goreng. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice scent and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short distance to the fruit market and other key attractions. a highly recommended place to stay!

The room was clean and the hospitality from the host was great. The water dispenser was a bonus. The rates offered were amazing, especially considering the comfortable bed and cozy room. The location, although not perfect, was only a 10-minute walk to the city center.
There were some drawbacks to my stay. The biggest inconvenience was the limited bathroom facilities.
